IDC (International Data Corporation) has published an updated research about “The Salesforce Economy and its global impact on business and employment.

According to the research, Salesforce and its ecosystem of partners are expected to generate no more than 3.3 million new jobs, 5 million of indirect jobs and $859 billion in new business revenues worldwide between the end of 2016 and the end of 2022. In other words, for every dollar earned by Salesforce, the ecosystem will gain $5.20.

New business opportunities in Europe

Though the study does not give a total overview of the EU as a whole, it goes into the details with a few European countries. As an example, the research predicts the creation of

35.000 new jobs (direct and indirect) in the Netherlands and 177,000 in France by 2022.

Looking into the future

In order to stay on top of the game, Salesforce is challenging itself to ever-improve its own product over and over, with 3 significant upgrades a year.

One such innovation is the Lightning Development Framework, in which Salesforce has reinvented itself with a whole new way of working and developing. The core functionalities and user interfaces that made them successful in the previous years have been superseded. It offers an entirely new user experience, whilst maintaining backwards compatibility to ensure that existing users are not significantly disadvantaged and can move over when convenient.

In the meantime the Salesforce ecosystem has also been paving the way with IoT, Analytics and AI to name a few.

How being part of the Salesforce ecosystem has helped us to deliver customer success

As the first Salesforce partner in the Benelux, we have been committed to and passionate about the platform since 2002.

Thanks to Salesforce we can provide our customers with highly flexible CRM and Cloud-based applications that we flexibly can adjust. Using the Salesforce platform development tools has helped us cut the development time by 40 % compared to traditional methods.

Being part of the Salesforce ecosystem also means for us and our customers a gain in terms of quality assurance and an improved market reach thanks to the Salesforce AppExchange.

Our customers have the confidence to make their digital transformation a success. From the moment Salesforce is implemented, our customers can tailor their services to better serve their customers’ needs. We can create single platforms from which our customers can be served completely, giving them a total understanding 360° view on every customer interaction. Through Salesforce, they have access to all the information about their customers, their sales team, etc. in one place (handy for GDPR!) - independent of time, platform or geography, improving the satisfaction of their customers.

Over the past decade we have been pleased to grow along with Salesforce and bring cloud computing to the Benelux market.

In line with the IDC, we expect to grow significantly by 2022. Just this year we opened our French office, and we are also currently looking for new talents to expand our Belgian and Dutch teams.
