ABSI is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant!

We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Consultant. Salesforce.com is a leading global provider of CRM and cross-channel digital marketing solutions to B2B and B2C organizations in all sectors.

What will you do as a Digital Marketing Consultant?
You will assist your clients with defining how digital marketing will help expend their footprint in the market and animate their prospects and clients communities. To do so, you will engage directly with your client's leadership & marketing team to understand their challenges, define and implement the best marketing automation solutions resulting in increased sales (incl. cross selling & upselling) for our client.

Your functional knowledge, critical thinking and technical skills will be leveraged to design, develop and implement an effective solution allowing immediate adoption and success.

This is a unique position that combines digital marketing expertise with an interest in marketing automation technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Listen to customer requirements, review existing and future marketing approaches and processes and translate all this input after full understanding in a realistic and actionable solution design
  • Prepare efforts estimates to build this solution working with other ABSI consultants & developers where needed
  • Gain customer acceptance by demonstrating how Salesforce better connects their business with their customer in a whole new way
  • Implement the Salesforce.com marketing automation platform end to end, from initial setup & configuration to development, customization & functional testing, until full customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and provide end user training
  • Become the team's Salesforce Marketing Expert on products such as Force.com, Heroku and Fuel

What Will Help You Get The Job?

Deep knowledge of digital marketing is a must for this role. Concepts such as retargeting, PPI, or CPM for example have no secrets for you. You also have experience with at least one marketing automation tool. You are able to have a meaningful discussion on marketing with marketing managers.

At ABSI we are looking for motivated and energetic top talent and not just a list of skills; however experience with the following would be ideal:
  • Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or in IT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with at least one B2B or B2C marketing automation platform, such as Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe, Eloqua, ...
  • Languages: French and English, or Dutch and English
  • Experience with marketing automation implementation projects and end user training
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to actively listen to client needs
  • Ability to design and develop innovative processes & technical solutions
  • Ability to work creatively and flexibly, both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript or other programming language is a plus
  • Knowledge of common digital technology (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Keyword, Email marketing, web site forms, landing pages, social media, etc...) is a must
