ABSI - far beyond system integration



Background information

Wesley Danckaerts, operations manager at Sanoma Digital Belgium, gives an interview about their e-commerce project called Shedeals. ABSI successfully delivered a solution on the Salesforce CRM platform to support Shedeals. Shedeals is a new solution helping people, especially women, to find the best deals regionally or nationally. The deals can be for anything from somewhere to eat to home re-decoration.


Solution approach

Salesforce suited the needs of this project. Sanoma used their existing Salesforce experience gained with ABSI and applied it to the new line of business. ABSI was engaged in the project which was a kick-start.
